I have never done a gift guide post before because my lists are usually long and out of control! However now that I’m a mum and Mother’s Day is coming shortly, I figure I may as well attempt to post as 1. It’s been a long time since I’ve blogged about anything (I don’t know how these mums do it!) and 2. I know these are gifts I would love to receive myself *hint hint Justin*
As a younger or an older woman, skincare should always be a part of your routine. If mum is not into a massive regime because time is precious, a simple bottle of the Rosehip Plus Oil should do the trick! I have lived by their oil for the last couple of years (as you may have seen previously on my blog and on Instagram). And while you’re there, why not pick up the entire range? It’s limited to a few specific products and they’re super affordable, so no need to break the bank here! For a fuller in depth read up about the products, you can click the link here!
For the mum who has just a little more time on her hands and loves to be pampered, you cannot go wrong with the products from Enbacci. I highly recommend the Vitis Vinifera Rejuvenating 3 Step System Travel Companion (phew! What a mouthful!). It’s got all the products you need, from a cleanser, toner and creme. The products are extremely gentle for all skin types and super luxurious looking! Oh! And if you intend on trying something from the Enbacci range for yourself, try the Rejuvenating Essence. This is another skincare product that I currently can’t live without. It works as an awesome face mist (perfect for when you’re in labour and need to cool down LOL) or as a toner!
I first saw this show on Broadway back when I was in NY November 2014. And it has to be the only show that kicks ass by far! If mum is not the the type for material things, then an experience is what you need to give her. This show had me on the edge of my seat with excitement, singing along to all the familiar Disney tunes from when I was a kid. A show not to be missed. If you have been living under the rock and haven’t seen all the excitement around it, check out the clip below!
With winter quickly approaching, everyone mum is going to want a new set of warm PJs to lounge around the house in. For affordable pieces, Kmart always has an extensive range that doesn’t break anyone’s budget. This adorable polkadot 2 piece set is only $10! You may as well get a pair for yourself as well!
Or if you want mum to be a little extra this winter, a super dooper cute onesie is what she needs from Peter Alexander! These are soo soft and warm on the skin and the prints are just too damn cute!
Of course, I’m not going to end this post without shamelessly self promoting myself! If mum lives in Melbourne, why don’t you contact me for a makeup voucher? I’m based in Ascot Vale and also offer mobile service as well. The vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used for attending weddings, birthdays and if she’s feeling bit extra, she can even get her makeup done for date night! Why not? For more details on the voucher, you can contact me directly firstname.lastname@example.org
What are you planning to purchase mum for Mother’s Day?
